2. Products

The products offered for sale are driving bits and related equestrian equipment. Product descriptions and photographs are provided for information purposes only and may not be contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

SAS HIPPOCCAZ reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been validated.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via secure payment methods available on the webshop.

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier. SAS HIPPOCCAZ cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European regulations, customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated (notably for products used as part of a trial).

8. “Bits on trial” programme

Certain products may be offered under a “bits on trial” programme. Specific conditions applicable to this programme (duration, return conditions, responsibility in case of damage) are detailed on the dedicated page of the website and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Returns and refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unless otherwise specified for trial products. Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned items.

10. Liability

SAS HIPPOCCAZ cannot be held liable for improper use of the products sold. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their horses and intended use.

11. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with orders are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
